This 257,682 square foot building had a fast track schedule of 88 days from groundbreaking to the completion of construction. This pre-engineered facility, supplied and erected by Wolverine Steel Erectors, has 260 foot clear span frames over two of the indoor fields and 160 feet clear over the third field. Energy-efficient R-38 insulation is installed over the open-web trusses, which slope on a 2.5:12 pitch from 42 feet at the low eave to 70 feet at the peak of the roof.
